Travel Day!

Who wouldn't want to start the day waking up at 4:20 to go for a run?  At least we are shifting our bodies to Paris time.  

We made it in plenty of time to the gate.  First to Seattle, then straight to Paris.  We will watch Kenny race his steeplechase final while in Seattle.


I got nearly all of my to do list done and added one thing since I took this photo of it.  The Round Up spraying will have to wait until we get back.  I was just too busy!



Everything went well on the flight except that a delay on our first leg made Adrienne's bag not make the flight.  Mine did!  So, we got to spend $100 on necessities like a new dress!

The house is very nice.  We have 12 people here with us, but it's working out great.

Shopping and gelato

 Started the day with a workout with Jon Kotter and Ryan Merriman.  It was much slower than when I did the same workout 2 weeks ago.  I think it's because my legs are so tired from all the walking.  Including running and walking, I've been doing 30 something thousand steps a day.  Over 40,000 on two of the days.  I didn't realize how tired my legs would be from just walking around!  We had a good time though.  Everyone else left today.  Adrienne and I are staying one day longer than the others.  We have a small house in an upper level. We found a place doing games for the Olympics.  We did pistol shooting.  It was just a laser type.  We also did a race, but decided to not go any distance. We went to Notre Dame to look at how it's progressing since the fire.  Then, we just wandered around doing shopping and eating and sitting.  It was great!  I finished the day with some gelato again.  Coconut and chocol...
